Q: My printer won’t print!

A. Follow these steps:

1. Make sure that the printer battery is charged and the printer is on.
2. Make sure you are pointing the phone towards the printer, like a remote.
3. Make sure you are not more than 3 feet away.
4. Try unplugging both the MTT and the printer and then try to print.
5. Make sure that there is paper in the printer.
6. Make sure the lid is closed properly. If problem still exists, please call tech support.
