Q. My credit card won’t swipe!

A. You can only swipe a card when it says “Please Swipe Your Card”. If the screen shows “Swipe Again”, you have to select “Swipe Again”, and then swipe your card. 

Make sure you are swiping the card with magnetic stripe down and towards the phone. 

Try a different card, if the problem still exists, please call tech support.
